Mailings From The STC Office

  • In May, the STC office will begin mailing press releases about the Society's new fellows and associate fellows to media outlets in their respective areas.
  • A list of all new senior members for the quarter year will be mailed to chapter presidents at the end of June.
  • Final membership counts for the 2006 fiscal year will be mailed to chapter presidents at the beginning of July.
  • Dues rebate amounts and chapter rosters will be sent to all chapter presidents, student chapter advisors, and members of the board of directors in early July.
  • Invoices will be mailed to all sustaining organizations by the first week of July.

Reminders

  • Ask your chapter's tellers committee to announce the names of new officers at the installation of officers meeting.
  • Send a list of incoming officers to the STC office via fax at (703) 522-2075 or e-mail at membership@stc.org.
