STC is currently working on a new system for online community reports. This service will provide community leaders on-demand access to monthly statistical reports and rosters in both paper and downloadable file formats. These reports will be real time and available 24/7. Access to this information will be limited to chapter presidents and chapter membership managers, and SIG managers.

This service will allow community leaders to create monthly Community Activity reports that you may either print or download. You will be able to choose from the following options:

• End of Month Activity Report—Print Version. This option will contain prompts requesting starting and ending dates for the report.
• End of Month Activity Report—Download. This option will include the list of options to include in the file. The user can choose more than one (from the options below) and prompts for entering starting and ending dates for the report.
• Current Community Roster—Download. This option downloads your complete current roster.

You will be able to select from among the following options when choosing what to include in your downloadable report:

• Deceased members
• Cancelled members
• New community members
• Late renewing members
• Transfers
• Any combination of these options based on your needs

An overview document will be available that explains the new reports and the changes that have been made. This overview document will include screen shots so that you have the visual cues you need to access your reports. We are also planning to present Web tutorials that will walk you through the process of retrieving your reports. We are working with the vendor and hope to be able to provide this service to you by December 14, 2007, at the latest.
